My name is Mihail Dicusar.

I was born in Moldova and moved to the United Kingdom in 2004. My journey was not privileged, polished, or predictable — it was raw, difficult, and real.

I arrived in the UK as a minor, carrying deep emotional wounds from my early life, including abuse experienced during boarding school in Chișinău. I came with limiting beliefs, no documents, no stability, and no safety net. For seven years, I lived without legal status — working wherever I could, starting from cleaning construction sites and doing the hardest jobs available.

In my early years, I was arrested multiple times. Honestly, I was fortunate not to end up in prison. I was living without direction, without identity, and without a compelling future — until everything changed.

The Turning Point

The turning point came when I met my future wife and became a father for the first time.

From that moment, I committed to becoming more — not only for myself, but for my family and the future I refused to repeat.

From Nothing to Multi-Million Revenue

I built my first serious business from the ground up — without capital, connections, or shortcuts. Through relentless work, learning, and resilience, I grew businesses that generated over £2.7 million in revenue.

But success didn't come by chance.

At a critical moment, I made one of the most expensive decisions of my life: I invested in high-level business coaching. That decision changed everything. I learned how businesses truly scale, how to lead teams, how to think strategically, and how to operate as an owner — not a worker.

The Fall — and the Rebuild

At the peak of my business success, life tested me again.
