The Coaching Process
How MD Impact Coaching Works
From your first form to your goal achieved — a clear, simple, deep process. You know exactly what comes next, at every step.
Discovery Form
You complete the Breakthrough Diagnostic — a deep form that gives your coach a clear picture of where you are, where you want to go, and what’s stopping you.
Start DiagnosticFirst Coaching Session
After your Discovery Form is complete, you schedule your first coaching session — a free strategy call where we clarify your goal and build a plan.
Apply for CoachingSchedule Your Next Session
After each session, we schedule the next one — weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on your rhythm. Coaching works through consistency.
Pre-Session Check-in (24h before)
Exactly 24 hours before each session, you get a notification to complete your Weekly Check-in: you declare your wins, challenges, and how your coach can help you next time.
See PortalCoaching Session
In every session we go deeper and get better. We celebrate, reflect, set focus, your coach challenges you, and you leave with 3 clear actions (Three Outcomes).
Growth & Learning
Your coach gives you books to read, courses to take, and clear areas to improve. Every session brings you closer to your goal — health, business, identity, or whatever it is.
See Learning CenterWe Celebrate Together
When you reach your goal — we celebrate. It’s not just about the result, it’s about who you became in the process. Then we set a new, bigger goal.
The Coaching Loop
Every session makes you better — and the coach better too
